I agree that WGA IS spyware and I am upset about it enough to be about to install Ubuntu on my computer. I have been researching what other open source programs are available and I am confident I can continue working on the net without missing a beat , and I don't have to worry about Microsoft looking over my shoulder. Open Office, Firefox and Thunderbird are a good start but there is so much free software out there the need to rely on Micrsoft is well passed

I have purchased XP Home, XP Pro, and Vista Business for three computers in last 9 months.
This after I tried repairing another legal XP computer with my XP Home disk. Got shut off at really inopportune time. Have more unhappy stories about MS but here isn't space.
I have been playing with Ubuntu for some time. This week I purchased "Ubuntu for non-Geeks" and am getting desktop set up like a normal desktop except with more functionality. I needed a book all this time. I look forward to time when 95% of my computing is not at mercy of anything Microsoft.
