I know people are using Vista and some love it. I have a very definite opinion about it, having run into some support issues from our clients who unwittingly got trapped into buying it; or, rather, had it forced on them when they bought a new PC or laptop. I will not express that opinion here because there may be young folks who read this newsletter.
Suffice it to say that Micro$oft should have devoted its time creating XP R2 (which they could easily have charged for) and incorporated the new features and security enhancements into it. XP is unquestionably the most mature and stable OS that Microsoft has developed. It will be my base OS for many years to come.
