Registry Mechanic is indeed a good one; I reviewed it for PCTools a couple of years ago, along with Spyware Doctor. Besides RM, I can recommend WiseCleaner, free program you can download at http://wisecleaner.com. I use it all the time.

I'm sure Registry Mechanic is awesome and all that. If you need a great registry cleaner and you have a tight budget, I recommend Easy Cleaner. I think I've been using it for about 4 or 5 years.
