It seems that most computer knowledgeable persons believe that Acronis is the absolute best when it comes to Backing up, but Acronis is not cheap.
I must agree that backing up is absolutely necessary,why is it that there isn't a similar FREE site?
Additionally, is there a free backup utility which is worthwhile?
If there was site similar to Acronis, but free,then it would be tremendously popular.
JOHN - Acronis has long set the benchmark for this type of software but recent versions have had their fair share of problems with some of the newer hardware configurations and many users with affected systems (including myself) are now looking elsewhere.

B.J. - None that I have come across....I found it easy to understand and use, the GUI is simple and clear...it's pretty fast too.
