I saw this mess on youtube, this is a result of poor parent/adult supervision and twisted morals. This is not really a racial matter, but all the crap you see on BET/MTV has more of a negative impact on black youth than white kids.

I worked at a Job Corps in Edison, NJ in the early '90s and the kids were "dancing" like that at the parties they would have. I would make attempts to stop it as being inappropriate but the staff, mostly Black, saw nothing wrong with it and gave me no support.
