Listen to last sundays show, and I have to say that i disagreed with guys on a couple of points, It seemed as if you guys were trying to say that the most (not all) african-americans don't have have the financial acumen to start a business, that we needed to get the basics down, ( you kinda sounded like apologists at that point) but why have a show on the state of black busines's without input from actual black business owners? The person that decides to start a business ,and I mean actually gather start up capital and and and create a business plan more than likely have the skills that you guys belive that we are lacking in masse. The proff lies in all the Black owend business out there today. A real ggod point was made about how the Civil rights movement inadverdantly led to the destructuin of the black economic infrastructure, me and my guys debate that point all the time. As for the Mr. Fishers "start your own" mantra. hey nobody said that it would be easy, I don't think thats the point. The guy was on point with the concept, and yes its been said many a time before, but its not impossible to do, and itds fine to lobby with thepowers that be for the changes you want but it seems that it would be more efficiant to gain control and make the changes yourself..that seems like it would we worth any effort. love the show guys.
