And yet another great example of a very helpful instructional blog entry. I've been shying away from socks, and the 2nd sock syndrome is part of the reason. This makes the possibility so much less daunting. Thanks!

Or do them both at the same time on 2 circs. It's my self-imposed, pre-syndrome intervention. And it necessitates step #1, because you have to knit off two separate balls. Good advice!

Great idea. And it will give me an excuse to buy more needles because I'm not a fan of transferring 60-70 sts to a holder. Great point about the momentum.
