Hi Deb,
Just found your site via Grandad and couldn't resist the opportunity to waste half an hour thinking up silly names. Sorry about the quantity, I got carried away. I think you should do some version of your name along with the word delectable...
Deb's Delectables
Or
Deborah's Delectable Delights
Or
Maybe Delightfully Delectable (which I guess doesn't have your name in it, but still.)

Using the old name you could have...
Humble Little Helper (HLH)
which is a name which lets you move in to other areas or foods.
Or...
Cookers Little Helper
Chef aid
Chief Chef
And given the nature of the mixes...
Stirabout
take care,
Will

I got it.
"The Humble Artisan!"
(without the exclamation mark, though).
I've been praying your business venture stays in God's hands...coz you know ...what He starts, He finishes...and you KNOW I've learnt that one the hard way .
Good luck!!

I liked the suggestion of
We Mix it For You
Quick Fix Mix
No Trix Mix (but it kinda makes me think of Trix cereal, I'm so American!)
or something with the word Artisan. I wouldn't use Offaly because it sounds like awful to outsiders and goodness knows you will be international before you know it! Same with words like Biffo which means nothing to people in the US (or at least me). You have lots of good selections. Let us know what you choose!

If you look up the meaning of awful - it isn't bad! Awful means something AWE-ful - something to be in awe of . People just mis-use the word. Heh.

Humble Delights.
the .com is taken though.
I think it's obvious that you are going to do well and expand your range and having any kind of mix in the name wouldn't help your expansion so something more generic might work best. Humble is a great name for a range too, a bit like Innocent Drinks/Food. You should keep on to that in my view.
Anyway, my two cents.

I want to say "Offaly good" or "Offaly tasty", but maybe people would associate it too much with offal.
How about "All mixed up"? Or "In the Mix"?
Or "Deb's Pantry"? "Deborah's Pantry"? "The Irish Pantry"? "The Tasty Pantry?"

Hey Deb, best of luck with the venture.
For the branding, it really depends on your style and packaging and everything but if you're going to be linking back to the blog (in the same way that innocentdrinks.co.uk and todaywasfun.com do) I'd suggest (if Apple don't sue the hell out of you!) iMix or uMix. Get geeky!
Looking forward to it
