Am planning a family reunion in Ireland next summer so was looking on line for Irish blogs - what a treat to find you - love your recipes and your reading list. Have put your site on a shortcut to my desktop just so I can check you each day. Do not know how you have time to blog, raise kids and cook and time to read - yikes. I have done all that (grandma now), but wow you are awesome. I will definitely be trying your recipes. I am sending your link to all my sisters (3) who will enjoy you as much as I do.
