This is an excellent recipe idea. I especially love the salad recipe, since I usually make salads for lunch.
What kind of honey would you recommend for making this recipe? I've been using nazarene wildflower honey from Holy Food Imports (www.holyfoodimports.com) and it is in my opinion, the best honey ever.
