Ha ha, I was a fussy eater once - broke my poor mothers heart. She reckons she 'hid' cauliflower in spuds to trick me but I don't believe a word of it. I only started eating carrots, parsnips & turnips when I was 22 because I thought they tasted like smelly feet. Seriously! Good post and some good tips - i'll send it on to all my friends with kids.

What perfect timing! I was just talking with a few colleagues over lunch who have fussy kids and they are struggling to get them to eat healthy.
I printed off the article and gave them copies and it was very gratefully received!

Sarah - I can relate. I just started to like carrots in the last three years. The mere thought of courgette makes me want to... well... I'll leave it to your imagination. Awful stuff!
Elly - Great idea! Haven't seen you around in awhile! Looking forward to March!
Jessica - thanks again for your gracious post!
Beccy - I know... what a wonderful resource...
