Glad to have you back, I was getting worried and just about to e-mail you!
That looks wonderful, and nice presentation, by the way!
What exactly are bacon lardons in the U.S.?

Thanks for the welcome back ladies! Can't wait to catch up on all your blogs!
Lisa - just get a few slices of bacon and cut them into slices! Fancy french word for little bits of raw bacon!

I don't know how you managed to go for three weeks without the internet. I practically go into withdrawal symptoms if I am off the computer for even a day. Nice blog by the way.

Hi Deborah,
I haven't been leaving comments on your blog for a while as I couldn't remember my blogger e-mail address. Anyway, hopefully you will get this comment.
Thanks for your comments left on my blog. On one of my visits to your blog my 11 yr old daughter was behind me and saw the photo of your Bacon & Thyme creamed Chicken, she let out a great big "wow, that looks yummy".
Hope you are all well...
