Hi! Wow, so much to comment on, but I'll keep it short. Are you familiar with the artist Gabriel Ennis? He use to have his art studio right on the Liffy River for years (retired now). We were just in Dublin in April. My FAVORITE city!

Really enjoy your blog ( only found it last week) was wondering if you could help me regarding the mesures you use for your recipes..When you say cup is that just any cup or is it a weight.? is it all relative..instead of using a Ib of flour ...you use a cup of flour ..(any cup and keep using that same cup for each part of the recipe.??i hope that makes sense..
