So glad you had a good day, and would you believe I've never brined a turkey?! I will be soon, though, I have two in my freezer! (Also, I did not cook Thanksgiving.)
I love,love,love smoked salmon. I wonder if I can GET Irish here?
The ice cream looks wonderful, too bad I had to take my bowl out of the freezer for the turkey!

I didn't brine mine this year, but I stuffed it with apple slices and onions, then coated it with mustard. Honey butter to baste it with, and it was delicious. Not sweet, just tender tasting. I'm looking forward to hearing how you did yours!
