Hi Deborah. They are very difficult to find. We have them in La Cucina as we use them for "pasta al forno" I'm going to post the recipe later this week as Bru made it today for the shop. They are so tasty! We used to have small retail packs and believe it or not we could not sell them for love nor money. That might change if I post the recipe! We get them from Dublin and I think I saw them in olio e farina in Galway??

Lorraine - That's too bad, but at least I found these ones at the Farmers Market. They are quite delicious too, just like the ones we got in Little Italy in New York, only thinner!
