Looks really yummy Deborah. And I'm not a big Lasagna person. Your European lasagna sounds good too. It sounds more like my Baked Ziti which has bechamel and mozzarella. I'm hungry!

Deborah the way I make it I have a frying pan and a saucepan, not to mention various spoons, knifes and the cheese grater. I absolutely hate cleaning the sauce pan!
