Wow - the Irish Pancake recipe was one of the first I'd read on your blog - I made your recipe last year and they were to die for - just like my Mums!
My 6 year old will only eat pancakes or cheerios for breakfast. Needless to say, I make a lot of pancake batter.
I have college tonight so no pancakes for me!!! Booooooo. Maybe I can have pancake wednesday!!
I have passed these on to Stinking Pete who has insisted on bringing a flambé trolley to Ron's to make pancakes later on.
I told him you didn't need tumeric, he never listens.
Leftovers?...What leftovers!!!
We were all set to make pancakes last night when we had a blackout!
Needless to say we spent what would have been valuable pancake-making time running around buying candles etc. Just wasn't meant to be... Think we'll have another pancake day next week! Like the idea of the vanilla bean, so will have to give it a whirl 
Sorry not to meet you last night. I came by the table but Granddad said you'd already taken off... Next time!
Annie - I remember that! In fact I always thing of you when I set up my "pancake station!" lol!
LAIKI - I have the exact same problem... although sometimes waffles will suffice! lol!

Beccy - heh! You're right there... I usually have to double my batch and even then it means hiding them from the beasts! 
Oh Jen I feel your pain. Happened to us on Christmas Eve when I had all the prep cooking going... dreadful. Ended up playing Texas Hold 'Em by candlelight and drinking too much egg nog!
