Have you ever come across the nutmeg stigma? I've served food to some people who sniffed it right off (even though it was a mild pinch of the powdered stuff!) and turned the plate away.

That's pure madness if you ask me.

I was fantasising about food like that while camping out with the Scouts and easy cook grub at the weekend! Maybe I'd have stayed upright if I'd gone ahead and followed this recipe; it's yummy!
