The Humble Housewife

Gravatar They look pretty yummy to me. Enjoy your weekend

Gravatar Have fun, darlin'.

Gravatar Have fun at the weekend!

By the way, a strange coincidence occurred yesterday - LB decided to make banana pancakes? Using only half a banana, mashed into the mixture you get a subtle hint of flavour and they do look remarkably like your tostones!

I've never thought of puree-ing guacomole; do you use a food processor or do it manually?

Gravatar Have fun--I know I will with this fantastic snack (or even meal!) idea! I love, love, love plantains!

Gravatar I'm searching for plantain in Dublin and Drogheda. Does anyone know a grocer that carries it?

Gravatar Have fun on your travels These look fab - I've never cooked with plantain before and I'll have to go hunting for some, as this recipe looks very moreish. Yum!

Gravatar I love plaintain chips, these look great!
(Have a good trip, and I hope you have fun, I totally understand about the 'not a good time for you thing.')
