The Humble Housewife

Gravatar Deborah - you are an inspiration! If I don't feel like eating dinner, it usually means I don't feel like cooking much either - and so out comes the Ready Brek box lol! I love caprese salad too.

Gravatar Deborah,
Two of my favorites, how did you know?

Gravatar If it were up to me, I'd eat chips for dinner.

Gravatar Hi there, do you have any nice recipe with celeriac? I bought some at the market in Limerick last week in the name of experimentation but can't seem to find any recipe with celeriac that interests me despite my library of cook books!

Gravatar Annie - LOL! I'll try and post more easy snack ideas soon!

Lisa- Two of everyones favourites methinks! Try using Hendrickson's dressing in the capresi in place of vinegar it's amazing! www.hendricksons.com

Mike - Sorry to hear that! But I can relate sometimes!

Mary - I do actually have a wonderful recipe for savoy cabbage and celeriac... It goes with a monkfish recipe I make... let me know if that sounds interesting and I can email it to you.

Gravatar Hi Deborah,

A quick question - where do you get your Marsala wine from? I have been looking for unseasoned Marsala wine for years and can't seem to source it here in Dublin.

Would be very grateful for a recommend of a supplier.

Thanks,
Robert

Gravatar Deborah,
You have given me a serious case of the munchies! There used to be a restaurant in my home town that made the spinach and avocado dip but they called it "Sheep Dip" and served it with pita wedges. It was so good!
