Girl that joke made me laugh so hard! I love it! And the fish looks very good. I've never had sole before, my white fish of choice is usually tilapia, I wonder if the recipe will still be as good.

Tillapia would work... it's a smilar texture, but smaller fillets, so you may not be able to wrap it up. The husband and I were laughing the other day, as Tillapia is somewhat exotic here... whereas in the states it's very common!
