I think you could get arrested in Philadelphia just by stating in an open forum that you were thinking of buying a gun-type object. Not necessarily a gun, so to speak. Just a gun-esque accessory that could be used to simulate a gun.

Jiggling jugs is a ticketable offense here, too. Along with "wanton display of a zipper." Freaking Amish people.
