Damn it! "DFIG" is the best sports blog name in the history of sports blog names! Anyone who stumbled onto the site and didn't know who Danny Ford is was forced to do a search on Danny and subsequently be staggered by his awesomeness. Here's an idea: maybe Block C could have a picture of a Peeler's Milk carton with "Danny Ford is God" written on it just to kick things off. Regardless, you can count on me to keep bothering you guys at your new site, especially after we crush Bama Saturday.

I hate to see ya'll changing the name but I can also understand it. I've told several people before that they should check out the site and they think I'm talking about a Danny Ford Fan Page. LOL.

Guys, I'm not trying to start a thing, but block - C is the blatant and obvious name of the Gamecock logo. Very few people will realize that it's intended reference is Ford's hat w/out explanation. It's almost like a Carolina blog being named Tiger Paw. Good luck with that.
Actually, the old varsity letterman's club at Clemson was named The Block C, and the new name is also a nod to that as well. It was named that well before Carolina started using the actual Block C logo and it was also used by both school for quite a while before the introduction of the Tiger Paw. Do your homework next time.
