Half my life--Rome. It would take at least that long for me to absorb everything and not have my jaw drop at the sight of the magnificance just around the next corner.
A year-- personal assistant to Leonardo da Vinci. That man was absolutely BRILLIANT. Maybe some of it would rub off.
A month-- somewhere in the Old West as a pioneer woman...owning your own piece of land, defending against bears, robbers, and Indians, raising 20 kids the old-fashioned way and STILL putting dinner on the table... us women nowadays have it too good Paris Hilton wouldn't last 10 seconds..
A week-- On the Starship Enterprise (the original).. you can't get any cooler than that
I'll add one more category--a day. A Klingon training camp. That's probably how long I'd last but the party at the end of the day would be awesome

May I add two more??
1 hour--Coffee with the Holy Father...with an opportunity for confession thrown in. He can name the place and time..but hopefully someplace wonderful and exotic
Unknown amount of time--
I have five questions I would like to ask St Peter or whoever in Heaven is in the know, and receive the answers. I promise I won't use them to affect history!! Well.. maybe excepting the soul-mate one
On retrospect, I regret that I didn't choose to spend any time on Edgar Rice Burroughs's Mars. Humans can do wire-fu there.
