Sorry, Matt. Definitely not online. If it were, it would be "published" and thus ineligible for a paying market.

As for other submissions I may or may not be making, my policy is that I don't blog regarding them. Perhaps there's nothing wrong with doing so, but to my mind it looks like bad form. Until something is published or posted by a publisher, all that stuff is, I think, private business.

Regarding the Honorable Mention, I admit a bit of confusion on my part. I'm not sure, but I think the Honorable Mentions are what they used to call Quarter Finalists, but since the contest is divided into quarters, I guess that got confusing, so they changed the name. Above the Quarter Finalists (now Honorable Mentions?) are the Semi-Finalists and Finalists, followed by the winners. I've made Quarter Finalist once before, and I've made Semi-Finalist, so I guess with this latest entry I slipped back down a notch.
