Me personally, Lara Croft comes a close second. But my leading lady woould have to Cammy White, a reoccurring street fighter character.

She's basically a ex-commando who was brainwashed by the bad guys and forced to fight against her will.
Interestingly, in the Street fighter II V animated series (which is sort of like a prologue to the official game canon), Cammy White is also depicted as an assasin but is also is a devout Roman Catholic in the show; she apparently goes to confession after every kill.

Just kidding. I notice there's "Iron Man" coming out in a few weeks--is there anything I need to know before seeing it? Reading a jillion comics in the next couple of weeks isn't a realistic option.
I'm a big fan of rogue-like games (Oh, the geekery!) so my sexiest character would have to be "@".
