I think you mean the Swiss Reformers.
The Lutheran Reformers were as insistent on the Real Presence as the Roman Catholics - though the Lutherans denied transubstantiation as a misleading philosophical explanation imposed on the historical doctrine of the Real Presence.
As for the rest of your comments, and in particular the question of whether the Calvinistic innovation of a "spiritual" presence has any useful meaning, I'll leave it to Josh Strodtbeck to drop by and flog this particular dead horse should he feel like it.
