I can.
He had a mission to give women a "choice". He would carry on in that mission in the face of staunch, even hostile opposition from the enemy. In this case, the enemy were evil right wingers (tm) who sought to oppress women with babies that were inconvenient for them or otherwise control what they did with their bodies.
It is a shame that "Christian" is a word almost without value these days, at it can mean just about anything.
The man was an usher. If my church not only accepted such a grievously spiritually-warped member but gave him a position other than full-time kneeler & prayer, I would chew my priest / pastor / whatever out in Sunday session and walk out.
The only thing more ironic that him welcoming in the man who killed him would be if he choked to death on the host during communion.
True, and I hope to never understand the price his is paying now. My guess is he is already fondly looking back at being shot and harassed, wishing he had only listened.
What do you you tell a man who has been shot multiple times? Nothing, he has already been told!
What's even harder to take are all the people that are venerating him as some kind of pro-choice saint and treating his death like a tragedy. I feel more compassion for the cockroaches I flush down the toilet than I do for Tiller.
The more I think about it, the more it grieves and angers me. The people that support Tiller should have to see a late-term abortion take place. Maybe then they would begin to understand that the man was a murderer.

I can remember when I was little protesting his butcher shops. Though still evil and wrong, I can see how they try to justify early abortions - but he did late term ONLY. The guy was evil. I remember "meeting" him. He came over with his body guards and tried to get us to move. Operation Rescue use to block his clinics. It did save some lives. It was peaceful protest. I can remember a couple of ladies that did not get abortions because of the people that talked to them.
I remember at one point, there was a protest at his murder parlor. They took trash cans and filled them with doll parts and cement and chained them to the doors then chained themselves to it. The police sent two cops to arrest them and then came and sat down with the protesters instead. I still remember pictures from someone that looked at his trash. It was sad. Very sad.
The problem is, these women who get late term abortions KNOW what they are doing. It would not help for them to see one, they have seen it. The fact is, they are cold blooded murderers themselves.
