If it's possible, make the comments word verification easier. See how it goes for a while and make it tougher if you can't prevent the spam.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I'm still not sure about the whole Typepad experience. I'd like to do a little more customization (altho it was that same urge that lead to this mess) and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to accomplish it.

The comment verification improvement will now be added to this list.

I like it Dinah.

I am partial thought to the darker colors because I am on the dark side as you know!

However, that is a lovely template - easy on the eyes, and if you are happier with it, go for it.

Go with what you want, it is your blog, not with what others want.

But I find it so sweet that you would consider our opinions first. You really are a class act!
