The good thing about sending a sheet of black paper back to the sender is that that doesn't break the TCPA's rules. By law, you can't fax an ad promoting products or services to another company without their permission.
A black piece of paper doesn't fit into the offending description of junk faxes.
I should have added that...
most junk faxers that have been faxing for any length of time don't give out their paper fax numbers. All faxes they receive would be on a computer.
Sending a black piece of paper is a waste of time. The only enjoyment you'll get is by getting a little piece of revenge.
