Taking responsibility? I know it's a radical concept and will take some getting used to (I'm sure you expected him to try to change the ethics rules ala Delay), but I think the Congress will be better for it.
Hmmm, no. I'm not a strict partisan (witness my Save the Internet button at top right - I'm aligned with MoveOn.org on that issue).
The system -- for Dems and GOP -- is badly flawed. One way to address it is to have third-party oversight over Congressional Ethics, not the fox-henhouse henhouse situation that we have today.
