I'd prefer a grand jury to a congressional investigation. I'm sure Ms. Gorelick will get right on that, if she becomes Attorney General.
Where is the Congressional Investigation? Apparently, they are still busy looking into Bush's decision-making. The firing of US attorneys that serve at the pleasure of the President is still an ongoing investigation.
