Seriously, it's hard to tell without a sense of scale (or passage of time -- video looks speeded-up). I would tend to guess a mass of things, like, yes, maybe worms, all covered in slime, rather than one organism.

They remind me of pictures of seen of slime molds formed from protozoa, but those are microscopic.

Looks like we have a positive ID. Notice that those blobs are a lot smaller in reality than they look on the video.
