I find it very hard to care about anything defjux related these days.
if dude is from minneap, why not get eyedea or some other rhymesayers cat to tutor him? or maybe they wanted a black guy to make it more "authentic." to clarify, c rayz is nice, but i'm sure they're taking some white kid from minnesota and pairing him with some black guy from new york because it looks funny. and it ignores that, for whatever it's worth, there are dope white freestyle emcees in minnesota.
The shit was hilarious. But it'll make all the kids and the white people who like MTV smile and be all cute.
So maybe that's the price of admission these days?
Who knows..it might get C-Rayz a platinum album and some love from MTV tweeners.
No less, it got that kid laid...so he don't even care about being made.
