you should check out Marques Houston f. Ying Yang Twins "Come and Get It". it's purely derivative - Marques does the whisper thang - but it's just damned fun.

i still believe the 2005 summer song should be "Can I Get Your Number" by Mariah & JD. was there ever a song that captured summer parties so well?
