WTF is with people posting this Prefuse shit?

This is a current single. You can buy the track at Bleep. If Warp wanted to give it away I'm sure they would, it's pretty weak to see this up for d/l like this.

This isn't an obscure 12", an old forgotten track or out of print B-side, you're taking $ out of the artist's pocket directly. And now you're talking about how you're going to post more later because you came up on a copy early? That's not showing "love and respect", that's bootlegging.

I shouldn't even have to post what Prefuse 73 has to say on the matter, it should be fucking obvious, but I will:

like we say on the site, everything posted is out of love and respect for the artist. yeah it isn't obscure, but i'd like to think some people out there don't know about this and would benefit from hearing it. i'm not out to post the entire album and let people download it so they can skip prefuse's record on the shelf. unfortunately in this day and age if someone wants an album for free enough they can get it, but i'd like to think that it encourages purchases rather than bootleggin. i for one will be buying this 12 and album, as for anyone else, if their intentions were to download this album and call it a day then i don't think there's much hope in getting them to buy it.
