When I played Joy I was floored! The son sounds so Donny Hathaway-ish. I did not expect that. Beautiful.
BUT...
when I played Save The World, and that woman sang "I would like to moan for a while", and commenced ta' moanin', I screamed like the Holy Ghost had just run through my house! Maybe it's a Black thing, I don't know. But there is something about a singer "moanin'" that just SPEAKS to me. SING DAMMIT!

Hello all, I have been invited to produce a memoir of the loving sisters and their sons by a Mr. Leonard Givens. I'm hoping to find any information on them and what records they had, as well as any video or appearances they may have done. I know they were on the Ed Sullivan show.
