Two can play at that game. Perhaps, Mr. Dyer should realize that less people die in war than in car accidents.

That sums up Dyer pretty well, but it doesn't excuse him.

I don't really understand the fixation the left wing news media has on "experts" like Gwyn Dyer and Eric Margolis. I've seen these idiots in several television interviews and read their writings and it's always very superficial and completely lacking in insight.
Dwyer hasn't had an original thought on international matters in years. Dwyer and Margolis are a couple of tired old men who are desperately trying to preach to a predictable choir in the hopes that they can continue to rest on their wilted laurels.

At the close of the article Mr. Dyer askes whether he is too cynical or too stupid. I believe the correct answer is the latter.

"less people die in war than in car accidents."
This is only true if you don't count Iraqi, Afghan, and Lebonese as deaths, they are just collateral damage right, and therfore don't count towards a wars total death toll. Think things through buddy.
And a major war erupting with nuclear weapons would have an unimaginabe death toll.

Right. And some anonymous prat knows more than the highly credentialed and experienced Eric Margolis?
God, conservatives are stupid.
