What does "notable" then mean? Are we counting sales dollars here? This term "notable" seems rather subjective. Compare the size of the shelf or two of science books sequested at the very back of the local bookstore, to the stacks of books on mysticism, superstition, and self-help treacle--and you get a sense of what notable may mean.
