This is such a tragic loss...my heart and my prayers go out to the entire Chapman family.

Unfortunately, this same thing happens, on average, to over 225 children EVERY YEAR. Kids typically are killed in their own driveway by members of their family. Safe Kids USA, the kids charity, has lifesaving tips for parents here:
