I've gotten some negative feedback before and took it very hard, but this one just had me giggling.

It is true he is a "social clam" but who dictates how a person should fulfill those social needs? with a world as we live in today he has done nothing hundreds of thousands of others have not done....Read his blog... He has plenty of reasons to be as shy as he is.. He is open to me. That is all he needs to be.
I'm sure he's a nice guy, in fact I'm convinced of it because most people would probably be a little more harsh in their reply. Anyways, that doesn't preclude me from questioning his sensibilities. My roommate in first year was a really nice guy. He was also a football player who kept a curly straw sticking out of his open bottle of listerine, faked receiving a letter of interest from the xfl (i doubt webmaster@xfl.com is in charge of scouting), and whose laundry philosophy was "Why wash socks, I'll just buy new ones."
I love that philosophy on washing socks. I'll have to see if I can adapt to it.
