A click on the link and a quick search unveils a concisely-titled piece called "Historical International Relations" by Mr. Nexon. Reminds me of a certain blog commenter who (a while back now) called upon certain appropriate academics to instigate a Journal of Historical International Relations (JHIR) to spread the word! the realism panel should be excellent. guilhot is most certainly a rising star. his 'democracy makers' book is distinctly under-appreciated and from all reports, his current archival project on the origins of American post-WW2 realism is drawing a lot of interest. |
