I lookied through it some.

You and I, and I suspect most readers here, would be a bit amused at what is said and not said. But a business person who is not quite sure whether Russia is in Western or Eastern Europe will have warm fuzzy feelings if they consider any business opportunities with or in Russia. I hope they look a little harder.
