Much also depends on where India comes down. India gives the Myanmar regime millions in military aid (as does China), so an Indian aid cutoff might have some effect. India is obviously not as important as China in Security Council maneuvers, but in all other respects is probably just as important here. India wants to be considered a great power and arguably is one. It should live up to the traditional definition of 'great power' and act to improve the situation in Burma.
