Permit me to modestly (cough) point out that there is a Michael Jackson post, albeit a short one, on my blog. (Yes, I did split the infinitive, sorry.) Search on "Michael Jackson" or scroll down a little - I can't be bothered w/ doing the link.

In line with the fact that Michael Jackson basically stopped existing as anything other than a new media creature decades ago, I only tweeted and facebooked about his death and global-cultural funeral. Either that or I just couldn't be bothered to compose coherent paragraphs on the King of Pop while also composing coherent paragraphs on the real-but-unobservable causal properties of objects . . . you decide

I almost wrote a post about how sad it is that Jackson's death, combined with Sanford's personal dramas, sucked most of the media attention away from the Iranian revolution last week. But then I decided, hey, I'm on vacation.

Ah, for the causal properties of unreal-but-observable objects you have to follow Bhaskar's recent spiritual turn and start looking at meta-Reality. And I am just not brave enough to do that.
