Obama repeated his stance on loosening Cuba travel and remittance restrictions in the UT debate. Both candidates I thought had good and less good moments in the debate, but one of Obama's best moments came in response to the question about bilingualism and language policy, when he said (among other things) that American schools must give more emphasis to teaching foreign languages. Absolutely right.
