Though, i have heard some say (would have to do some more serious googling to find it) that some of last year's decline was weather related. Basically, it was colder, longer, (remember the snow-outs in cleveland?) and that deflated HR production.

but, yes, HR's are down, and that really makes the fantasy draft so much more interesting!
