Five years after invading Iraq, you must, repeat, MUST be able to distinguish among (1) Al Qaeda, (2) Ansar al-Islam, (3) Al Qaeda in Iraq, and (4) every current Iraqi insurgent group. If you cannot, you should be disqualified as a serious candidate for any federal office. Period.

Your contention that suicide bombing is generally used against foreign occupation has validity in some cases, but Al Qaeda has not considered itself restricted in this way. Examples include the September 11, the African Embassy Bombings, the 2005 Amman bombings, and the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.
Additionally, your contention "The US created a failed states in Iraq" is nonsense. The failed state was created by Saddam Hussein.
After a totalitarian system is thrown out, instability is common. Recent examples include Iraq, Yugoslavia, and the USSR.
