Well, based on your presentation in Philly, I consider it a must-read. Paperback or Hardcover only? That is to say, Development account or Library? Congrats on finishing.

Thanks, Andreas. It is getting a simultaneous paper and hardback. But that's nothing special: Princeton has recently moved to this model for all their IR books.
