Yes, CBS reported he last played golf in October 2003 and the bombing was in August.
In any case, I still think it is interesting that Bush would even claim that as a major sacrifice.
The Daily Show has the best take on it. Mind you, the idiocy about the "Golf War" is only part of a rather...err... adolescent understanding of foreign policy.
